Each archetype is a decision posture under pressure — risk-blind, environment-reading, consensus-seeking, decisive-under-ambiguity. The point is not to label people but to surface which posture a given crisis role actually needs, and where a team is over- or under-weighted.
We illustrate the archetypes with historical commanders because their decisions are public, dated, and analysable. Client cases are never used as examples.
